Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name and I'm a Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My incredible wife JP and my fun-loving Dad Henry are also part of our clan. My Instagram account, @annephung, is where many people are following me. I share my everyday life and share my good and bad days. I immigrated in to America with my family and brothers at the age of only one and a quarter years old. old I would not be today sharing my experiences to you, if not since my parents were devoted to perseverance and sacrifice. Knowing that I could be a successful person, I was determined to make my parents proud. My life was set out as follows: I'd attend university, find a job with a large corporation as well as marry and then buy homes. The dream life I had envisioned to live was not as it was. Money and the prestige that I was working in were not enough to make me content. It was as if I wasted my entire life to earn a paycheck. I had a passion for exercising and enjoyed getting out and about with friends. as I navigated towards the new direction in my life. I found my niche in training for personal trainers. The business I started was in 2014 and I'll be celebrating 7 years of success in 2021. As an Asian woman in the industry, we are among the few of us. As the coach I am, my objective is to inspire others to help them live a an active and healthy life by establishing sustainable and healthy lifestyles that meet the needs of each person's needs and goals. Additionally, I want to encourage people to pursue their ambitions and to achieve anything and everything they want to do in their life. While my professional life was taking off, I had to deal with the greatest loss of my entire lifethat of losing my Mom. After eight years of battle for a condition called Scleroderma, she's finally resting at Heaven. I will never forget her, and always keep her in my thoughts and in my heart. The lessons we learn from life can be hidden from us yet they can prove beneficial. The passing of my mom transformed me in so many ways and I believe she gave me a second chance at life. In the morning of Tet/Lunar New Year Day, she passed away. This was the time for her to move on to her next chapter and for me to have the chance to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. Now into my 30's I feel alive and aware I am truly aware like I'm living my life today rather than merely living as the person I was back in my previous. My life is available to you in order you can hear from me about those who read my blog with words and experiences. It will allow you to be aware that you are not alone. It is possible to achieve everything if you set your mind to it. Therapy is regular and essential. It is health that's the biggest source of wealth. In the end, death is all we have in life, I hope you enjoy every moment of it and end your life without regrets.
